Aubra Alexandar, L.M.P.
Aubra graduated from the Brenneke School of Massage in 1995. Her specialty is myofascial adhesion release. Her approach is to finesse the muscles and facilitate the release of adhesions (knots) in the tissue. Her goal is to completely release all adhesions throughout the body starting with the most problematic. She offers her clients freedom from pain and tension, increased range of motion and mobility, and the correction of serious problems such as migranes, TMJ, plantar fascitis, frozen shoulder, bulging disc, etc. In addition to massage, she has completed the Euro Institute for Skin Care in 2001 and received a colon therapy certificate in 2002.

She now practices a blend of Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point. She has a gentle but firm touch that is effective for both relaxation and treatment massage. She is dedicated to helping her clients go home feeling renewed and tension-free.
Deja Mariee Brozyna, L.M.P.
Deja is a graduate of Brian Utting School of Massage and has recently moved back to Seattle from the beautiful island of Kauai . Her touch combines the rhythmic movement and healing qualities of Lomi Lomi from the Hawaiian Islands and incorporates Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Injury Treatment techniques. Deja grew up around many healers, her mother being the most influential, and has developed a passion for the healing arts since a child. She knows first hand how much of an impact massage can have on the body and its ailments and wants to expand that knowledge to her clients. She is dedicated to helping you reach your goals, whether that goal is to become more relaxed in your body, or to stop a painful cycle from reoccurring. Deja is available to give you a safe space to heal, quiet the mind and find ease within your body. Deja also offers Hot Stone Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
Erika Middlebrooks, L.M.P.
When I work with my clients, my main focus is communication. It's important that I know what you expect or hope to get from your massage so you leave feeling heard, cared for, and more comfortable in your body. From that point, you can zone out knowing that we are on the same page. Whether your goal is to relieve pain, reduce stress or simply bliss out, my goal is to help you live a better quality of life.
Jason Stutz, L.M.P.
In my early-twenties, the idea of healing through touch suddenly dawned upon me and resonated very deeply within me as something I am particularly geared to do. I began to experiment with the polarity of my hands, healing myself of energy blocks. Eventually, I was enabled to study at the Swedish Institute of Massage and Acupuncture in NYC, a world leader in massage therapy, where, after a very rigorous 1,600 hr program I received an Associates Degree in Health Sciences. Through my education and my personal intuition, I have developed a personal style which I believe suits clients best whether it is for injury treatment or simple relaxation and stress reduction: combining varying depths of pressure, I perform both myofascial release and deep tissue massage simultaneously. I include Thai massage-style stretches and my understanding of the Shiatsu 5 Element System of knowledge to truly work with my clients on multiple levels of their being. Come and ask for me, Jason: I look forward to healing you!

Sandy Matthews, L.M.P., SOMA Practitioner
I am a graduate of the SOMA Institute of Neuromuscular Integration® and of the Brenneke School of Massage, and have studied the Quantum Touch method of energy healing. Currently my work is deeply influenced by my ongoing study of Decompression Somatics and Positional Release, techniques that focus on being sensitive to the direction in which muscles and fascia are pulling, and moving them in that direction, supporting the tissue as it progressively releases. My focus in bodywork is two-fold: To facilitate the release of unconscious holding patterns that distort the body’s alignment and cause pain, and to aid clients in consciously experiencing how these patterns are produced and maintained, so they can experience ease and freedom of movement in their bodies on an ongoing basis.
Shari Freese, L.M.P., Reiki Practitioner
