SOMA® Massage Therapy

SOMA is a system of bodywork which, over the course of 11 sessions, works progressively through the body to release chronic holding patterns and improve alignment. Movement education is part of each session, giving the client an awareness of how to maintain ease and alignment. Sessions are two hours, of which 90 minutes is bodywork.
